Nouveau Prize Winning Advocate

Jo Miles from Catterick has been rewarded for her efforts to promote Nouveau Wellbeing's classes to her friends in her local area.

Since starting classes at the beginning of November, Jo already attends at least 3 sessions a week, attending Body Blast, Boxercise and Bodytone classes at Catterick Pavillion and Scotton Village Hall and is realising the benefits,

"I've been going to Nouveau Wellbeing's classes delivered by Kim for just over a month. It's not my first experience of exercise classes but I can tell you they are certainly the most enjoyable I've been to! Kim is so enthusiastic and motivating that, even though afterwards I might ache a bit, I just keep on booking in for more classes. I've enjoyed Kim's classes so much that I've been advertising out to all my friends and within our regimental circle. Looking forward to further classes in the new year!"

Some of Jo's invitations to her friends resulted in some of them benefiting from increased activity levels and attendance at classes too, resulting in Jo winning £50 in shopping vouchers from Nouveau's monthly prize draw which rewards class members for referring their friends. Just in time for Christmas too!
