With ambitious growth plans for 2017 we are looking for exceptional individuals with extensive knowledge and practical experience of delivering dance and fitness projects and activities.
1 x Full Time Team Officer (Tyne & Wear)
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
2 x Full Time Practitioners (Durham & Darlington and Tees Valley)
Salary: £14,000 - £15,000 per annum
1 x Part Time Practitioner (Yorkshire – Leeds base)
With potential to increase to Full Time
Salary: £14,000 - £15,000 pro rata per annum
The Team Officer will be responsible for the management of staff and will directly line manage a team of Practitioners and Senior Practitioners within their locality. Working closely with the Operations Manager the role will involve managing projects, achieving sales and meeting KPI’s.
The Team Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the enterprise within their particular locality and will be required to report back to the Operations Manager. The role will involve ongoing design/delivery of daily classes, sustaining member participation and completing associated administration duties.
The Nouveau Practitioner will be responsible for the ongoing design/delivery of daily classes, sustaining member participation and completing associated administration duties. Working with the Team Officer and Senior Practitioners, the role will involve overseeing KPIs in relation to projects and classes. The role will involve building and maintaining excellent relationships with beneficiaries whilst promoting Nouvea Dance & Fitness services and products.
Both roles will require evening and occasional weekend work.
Minimum of level 3 or equivalent qualification in dance and/or fitness, with experience of teaching dance or fitness to groups in community settings and evidence of continuous professional development. Other skills and experience relevant to the role.
