I graduated from Teesside University in July 2016 with a First class Honours Degree in Dance. Whilst at University I had the opportunity to focus on working closely with those living with dementia. I joined Nouveau Wellbeing as a practitioner, as it reaches out to the community and provides classes for children, adults and the elderly. Nouveau Wellbeing has allowed me to experience a range of classes and a shared sense of achievement between myself and my participants.
